What you should know before attending Jazz in the Gardens Is the event wheelchair-accessible?

All areas of the festival that are accessible to the public are designed to be wheelchair-accessible. These include the parking, ticket sales, seating, restrooms, concessions and the marketplace.

What is the seating arrangement?

Platinum, Prime & Reserved sections have reserved seats. The General Admission area has limited seating that is not reserved. You may bring your own lawn chair. Each seating area has a different price. Please refer to the Tickets/Travel tab of the website for the seating chart and ticket pricing.

Can I bring coolers, food, or beverage?

You will NOT be allowed to bring food, beverage, or coolers into the event. A variety of food and beverages will be on sale at the event.

In addition to the music, what activities will be at the event?

Food & Beverage: A variety of food and beverage will be served, including: Food: Soul food, Jamaican, Haitian, Latin, Chinese and Bahamian. Beverage: Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Marketplace: Areas will be set up for purchase of items such as arts & crafts, CD’s, t-shirts, souvenir items and gifts. Displays: Non-for-profit organizations and vendors. Interactive stations: Games, photos, and other exciting interactive fun.

How much is parking?

$25 Cash or Credit / $20 SunPass Plus

Where is ADA Parking?

Parking for ADA patrons is located through Gate 5 and Lot 18 and is on a first come first serve basis. Once all ADA spaces are filled, any ADA parton arriving will have to park in the general lots. ADA fans will also pay a parking fee.

What happens if it rains?

All artists are scheduled to perform “rain, or shine”. The event will be continued even if it rains. Download the Jazz in the Gardens mobile app for live weather updates and announcements.

Is there a discount for Children, Students or Senior Citizens?

No. All patrons are charged the applicable prices for the designated sections.

Can I purchase extra tickets on-site?

Yes, tickets can be purchased onsite at the stadium box office if the event is NOT Sold Out.

How will I know what time each performer will be on stage?

The performance schedule will be available on the website. View Saturday’s Line-Up and Sunday’s Line-Up under the Line-up tab. You can also Download the Jazz in the Gardens mobile app for the performance schedule and for any live updates to the schedule.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed.

Are umbrellas permitted?

Small umbrellas will be allowed.

Is there re-entry to the event?

No re-entry is permitted. In the event of a weather emergency, re-entry will be permitted with your ticket when it is safe to return. Download the Jazz in the Gardens mobile app for live information and updates.

Are ATM's available at the event?

Yes. There are ATM’s located in several areas throughout the event venue.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I record the festival and/or bring recording devices?

No Cameras, Camcorders, or other video recording devices are permitted in the venue.

Can I bring my own chair, like lawn chairs?

Yes, you can, in the General Admission section only with a purchased General Admission Ticket.
